Meet THE 2019 COHORT Graduates

eligibility

The ideal candidate is a business owner who is tired of the status quo, looking to take action and willing to invest the time in order to scale their business.
  • Business owner identifies as Hispanic/Latinx
  • Around $200,000 or more in annual revenues 
  • At least one employee in addition to the owner(s)
  • In business for at least 2 years
  • Must attend a 7-month course (2 sessions per month)​

​Classes meet every other week and Peer Mentoring Groups will meet between sessions.

2019 Cohort Fees
Due upon acceptance and include all program materials.
GPHCC Members: Scholarships available.

Fees for Non-Members: $500.00 ​
* Note that tuition costs of $10,000 are subsidized by Interise and GPHCC.

Meet The 2019 COHORT Instructor
Lenin Agudo,  MBA

Lenin Agudo is the Executive Director of the Widener University Small Business Development Center.

Lenin is a high performance motivator with experience in supporting economic growth for small businesses, government administrations and economic development organizations.  Utilizing a design-thinking trajectory ©, he consults with clients and delivers vibrant, experience-oriented, market driven and economic development results. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

 The Curriculum (bilingual)

Once in the program, business owners have this revelation: “I don’t have to be alone.”
As a participant, you’ll be surrounded by CEOs, like you, who will become your trusted advisors.
​There is also an alumni group of CEOs, living around the country, for you to connect with for advice and business opportunities.

3-Yr Growth Plan

This is your big take away from the program, a 3-year roadmap for growth that you build, section-by-section as part of your learning process.  You will be assisted by the instructor, your CEO Mentoring Group, and the multiple guest experts that participate in each of the modules.

mentoring & networks

Small sub-groups of participants meet between sessions to build community and collaboration around the learning objectives of the program. You will also receive individualized coaching and access to GPHCC resources.
