An Intimate and Interactive Experience. This is more than just a meal; it's an intimate gathering limited to a maximum of 40 guests, ensuring a personal and engaging atmosphere. You'll have the unique opportunity to interact with our featured chef, gaining insights into the stories behind the dishes, the chef’s inspiration, and the rich cultural heritage each plate represents. Featured chef's have included: Yun Fuentes of Bolo; Cristina Martinez; of Casa Mexico; and Juan Plascencia of Brazas BBQ.
What to Expect: Arrive on time for a warm welcome and guidance to the dining area, where you can choose your seat and enjoy some nibbles. Once all guests are present, our talented chef will be introduced and conduct a live demonstration. As food is served and drinks are poured, you'll have plenty of time to interact with the chef and fellow guests. This casual and welcoming event is perfect for meeting new people and appreciating Hispanic cuisine and culture.
