Terri Ann Brown
Terri Ann serves as Director of Community Partnerships for the Venture Mentoring Team, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering the business startup community by training and credentialing Mentors and then connecting them with entrepreneurs to help startups reach their full potential. Teri Ann is Human Resources professional who partners with key executives and department managers on development and execution of business plans. Drives organizational performance by maximizing the effectiveness of current talent and providing coaching to various level of leadership. Provide data analysis and auditing of personnel data.

Nelson Diaz
Nelson is a senior partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP. His leadership as the Chair of the Diversity Committee, earned him the Philadelphia Bar Association Justice Sonia Sotomayor Diversity Award. 
In  2004, Nelson became the first independent Director of the Exelon Corporation and is Director of the PECO Energy Board. 
Nelson served as City Solicitor of Philadelphia from 2001 to 2004, Attorney for Philadelphia Gas Works and Counsel to both the Philadelphia Airport and the Philadelphia Water Department. In 1975 he joined the Temple Hospital Board of Directors as Chair of the Professional Affairs Committee until 1993 when the President of the United States appointed him General Counsel to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  He returned to Temple University as a Trustee in 1997 and served on the Student Affairs and Diversity Committee, Search Committee, Trustee Committee, as well as the Executive Committee. Nelson was the first Puerto Rican to be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the first Latino Judge in the Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania where he served for 12 years. Nelson served on the President’s Commission on the White House Fellows from 2000 to 2012.  He was a Fulbright Scholar, a White House Fellow from 1977 to 1978 and has five honorary doctorate degrees and numerous National Awards. Nelson graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and a J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Nelson is admitted in Pennsylvania, New York, Washington, D.C. and the U. S. Supreme Court. Nelson has served on numerous Corporate Boards including the Legg Mason Family of Funds (1998-2001); Advisory Board of PNC Bank 2008-2015; Chair, National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC); Chair and Audit Committee, Paradigm Funds (2010-2011); the Board of Directors of The Convention Center Authority of Pennsylvania (2002-2004); Treasurer and Co-founder, Latino Corporate Directors Association and also the Education Fund from (2014 – present). Nelson has authored his autobiography “Not from Here and Not from There/ No soy de aqui ni de alla”, Published in October 19, 2018 by Temple Press. ​​

Laurel Lorenz
Laurel serves as President of Philly Phonetics Toastmasters and is currently serving as Toastmasters Division Director where she is helping other club leaders grow their clubs.
 Laurel was the 2019-20 President's Distinguished President of Panorama Toastmasters. Professionally she is a research scientist and lecturer at Princeton University where she teaches leadership skills to cultivate the generation of science leaders. ​

Jennifer I. Rodriguez
Jennifer serves as President/CEO of the Greater Philadelphia  Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. For over 20 years, Jennifer has worked to empower underserved groups by helping amplify their voice and increase their engagement at the city and regional levels. In her role at the Chamber, Jennifer focuses on initiatives that ‘close the gap’ for Latinos in the economy. Her work centers on highlighting the contributions of Latinos while supporting the growth of 22,000+ Hispanic-owned businesses in the region and the advancement of Hispanic professionals.

Isabel Sanchez
Isabel Sanchez is a dayside reporter for Telemundo62. You can watch her live reports weekdays at 5 PM, 5:30 PM, 6 PM and 11 PM. Prior to joining Telemundo62, Sanchez served as a bilingual reporter and anchor for two years at WBOC-TV and helped launch Telemundo Delmarva serving the Delmarva Peninsula. Prior to that, she worked as a news anchor for Citrus TV Noticias, a Spanish television newscast in Syracuse, New York. Fluent in Spanish, Sanchez was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. During her time on Venezuelan television, Isabel covered major international events such as the death of former President Hugo Chavez and the deadly 2014 protests. She moved to the United States the following year in 2015 due to the difficult sociopolitical situation happening in her home country. Isabel has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and a master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. While at Syracuse, she received the Gordon J. Alderman Memorial Prize for excellence in creative broadcasting.
When she’s not covering news, Isabel enjoys yoga, the beach, dancing and spending time with her husband and 13-year old rescue dog, Penny.
