Who Should Apply

Business owners who have moved beyond the startup phase and are generating consistent revenue, but are not yet ready to scale.

Requirements:

Must be in business for at least 2 years
Must have a business license and EIN
Must be located in the Greater Philadelphia region
Must be committed to attending every session

Time Commitment
The program typically takes about 30 hours to complete, structured across 10 sessions over 12 weeks.

Meet Our Instructor

Gustavo melendez

Gustavo Melendez is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience designing innovative software solutions for businesses and nonprofits. He is the CEO and Founder of Relay, a Philadelphia-based software development agency that helps organizations scale and innovate through custom software built on Salesforce and AWS.
Alongside leading Relay, Gustavo has contributed to multiple ventures in both strategic and technical capacities. He served as Chief Strategy Officer and Partner at Snap Labs, which was successfully acquired by Immersive Labs, and he is also a Partner at Good Bones Studio, a creative firm specializing in branding, web design, and development.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Gustavo combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to help organizations navigate digital transformation with confidence. As CEO of Relay, he is dedicated to empowering businesses to harness technology not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for growth and innovation.
