NEW FOR SUMMER 2026

Philadelphia is gearing up for an unusually high-energy summer, with major events like America250, the FIFA World Cup, and the MLB All-Star Game expected to draw massive crowds and create a prime opportunity for businesses to reach new audiences. The Dine Latino Food & Culture Passport helps capitalize on this moment by connecting customers to Latino-owned businesses through an easy-to-use app that drives discovery, foot traffic, and repeat visits. Participating businesses gain increased visibility, benefit from collective marketing efforts, and become part of a citywide initiative designed to convert the summer’s surge in visitors into long-term customers.

The Dine Latino Food & Culture Passport is your all-access pass to discover amazing Latino-owned restaurants, cafes, bakeries, markets, and cultural destinations across Philadelphia this summer.

WHAT ARE CHEF'S TASTINGS?
Intimate Culinary Experiences
A Tasting is more than dinner—it’s a shared journey of flavor and culture. Limited to under 40 guests, the Chef’s Tasting offers a communal table setting that fosters connection and conversation. Set in a demonstration kitchen, the evening unfolds with a live culinary showcase, giving you a front-row seat to the chef’s craft and a rare opportunity to engage directly as each dish comes to life.
From the moment you arrive, the aroma of spices and the warmth of hospitality welcome you. Enjoy light bites as you settle in, then watch as the chef prepares vibrant plates inspired by personal stories and rich cultural traditions. Past featured chefs have included James Beard recognized chefs such as Yun Fuentes of Bolo, and Cristina Martinez of Casa Mexico.
As food is served and drinks are shared, the atmosphere invites lively dialogue, bold flavors, and meaningful connections. It’s a relaxed, immersive evening designed to celebrate Hispanic cuisine—and the people who bring it to the table.
