The City of Philadelphia has launched the Small Business Catalyst Fund, a $5 million initiative to support Philadelphia-based small businesses ready to grow.
Through this program, eligible small businesses can access grants of up to $50,000, along with technical assistance and strategic guidance to take their business to the next level.
Eligibility Highlights:
To be considered, businesses must:
✔ Be located in Philadelphia
✔ Have generated up to $2 million in revenue in 2024
✔ Be registered and licensed with the City
✔ Be current on City taxes or on an approved payment plan
✔ Demonstrate a strong plan for growth and economic impact
