Jennifer L Spaloss, District Executive in the Metro North Philadelphia District of Santander Bank, has had a career in banking since 2007, and has been with Santander for over five years. Jennifer is passionate about developing her team to their fullest potential and supporting her clients in the community around her to achieve their financial goals. At Santander, Jennifer is also the Regional Lead for the Thrive Business Resource Group in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, where she focuses on creating a positive environment in the workplace and community for those who are caregivers to others, including those with disabilities and unique needs.
