The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GPHCC) implements a number of programs, initiatives and events that support our mission of building community through business. As a not-for-profit organization, GPHCC does much of its work through the generosity of its members and business partners. We rely on your support to execute our program of work. GPHCC events and programs provide a variety of powerful platforms for branding, networking and direct engagement with members that helps position you and your company as a leader in the Philadelphia Latino business community. GPHCC events and programs are available for sponsor customization and unique tailoring to compliment your company’s initiatives and to address your marketing and business needs to the Hispanic business community.
Event Registration/Cancellation Policy: Pre-registration is highly recommended, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. Individual Ticket Purchases: Except for Alegria Ball, refunds for individual tickets may be requested up to one week prior to the program/event. Refunds for Alegria Ball individual tickets may be requested up to two weeks before the event. Table/Group Purchases: Refunds for table/group purchases are not avaliable, but substitutions may be considered for requests made no less than two weeks in advance of the event.
Event Conduct Policy: Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
Event Photography Policy: GPHCC events may be filmed or photographed for future publication in our website or other media and communcation platforms. By registering and/or attending a GPHCC event you agree to being phtographed or filmed.
