Panel Discussion Claiming Space, Building Wealth: Why Commercial Real Estate Matters for Latino Entrepreneurs Learn from the entrepreneurs who are on the ground developing exciting commercial real estate projects from North Philadelphia and the Navy Yard to Kensington and beyond. Juan Saenz co-leads Voyage's acquisition and capital markets strategy and was responsible for SHIFT Capital's Neighborhood Fund, with key investments in Kensington. Greg Reaves is co-founder and principal of Mosaic Development Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm that invests in disenfranchised communities. Most recently Mosaic entered a joint venture with Ensemble Real Estate Partners to develop the Navy Yard in to a live, play and work community.
