ELEVATE TOGETHER® powered by Round It Up America is a nonprofit initiative designed to address systemic discrimination and historical racial disparities in business growth and profitability in Black and Hispanic communities. The ODP Corporation (parent company to Office Depot) is the initiative’s founding partner.
The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce & Office Depot to offer this grant opportunity for small businesses in Greater Philadelphia with 1-5 full-time employees.
Grants of up to $10,000 each will be awarded and in-kind donations of Office Depot gift cards per business. In addition to a cash grant and in-kind support, small business mentoring is an essential part of being an Elevate Together recipient. Small businesses selected to receive an Elevate Together award must participate in three mentorship sessions with SCORE before receiving a cash grant (though mentorship is intended to be longer-term). Businesses are evaluated based on their demonstrated need, proposed use of funds, and the level of engagement with GPHCC.

Where do I find out more about Elevate Together™?
- Must be a small business with 1-5 full-time employees.
- Business must be an active member or friend of the GPHCC. Bonus points for member businesses.
- The applicant must be a majority Hispanic or Black-owned business with an active EIN number.
- The business must have been in operation for at least 9 months from the date that you complete this form.
- Owner must be at least 21 years old and be a legal resident of one of the contiguous United States, DC, Alaska or Hawaii.
- The business must be located in Greater Philadelphia, one of the qualifying regions.
- Registered with the Department of Revenue and IRS.
- Business must provide plan for the use of funds.
What are my responsibilities if my business is chosen to receive the grant?
- Fulfill the required mentorship sessions to receive funding.
- Provide requested information in a timely manner to receive funding.
- Recipients agree that GPHCC has the right to publicize business name, amount awarded and photographs of the recipients.
